The Exterminator Pest Control Terms and Conditions
All cancellations within 24hrs incur a charge of £25.
Booking any appointment over the phone or by email is a binding contract between the customer and The Exterminator Pest Control, in order to cancel you must do so by either email or over the phone with more than 24 hours’ notice. Last minute phone calls or emails cannot be accepted and the cancellation fee of £25 will apply.
Please note our current minimum call out charge is £40 if we arrive and you do not require our services, this includes if the reported problem is not a pest or it has been wrongly identified by yourself, the call out charge of £40 becomes payable.

We understand life gets in the way and things can change and you may not be able to make the appointment, so we are more than happy to wave any cancellation charge providing the job is re-booked within 7 days from the first appointment.
All terms and conditions are binding, and The Exterminator Pest Control may invoice a cancellation fee of £25 if necessary. Failure to pay any cancellation fees within 7 calendar days may incur a further £10 admin charge and the debt may be passed to a debt recovery specialists, in this case, the third party recovery agents exercise the right to also recover their costs which will increase the charge significantly.
Our Cancellation fees apply to the following:
- A no show by customer at visit date/time of technician, we will stay on site for 20mins after appointment time, if any later this is classed as a no show.
- Non-compliance with preparation list as supplied by company so treatment can be carried out.
- Customer cancellation within a 24-hr period before appointment slot.
